Steps to Edit a Payment Form in GoHighLevel

1. Access the Funnel or Website Builder

  • Go to Funnels or Websites: Navigate to your Funnel or Website where the payment form is located.
  • Select the Funnel/Website: Choose the funnel or page that contains your payment form.
  • Edit the Step: Click on the specific step or page where your payment form is embedded.

2. Locate the Payment Form

  • Add or Edit a Form: If you already have a payment form, click on the form to open the settings. If you haven’t added a form yet, you can create a new one:
    • Drag a Form element from the left sidebar and drop it onto your funnel/website page.
    • You can also choose to add a 2-Step Order Form if you want to collect more information before payment.
  • Once the form element is on the page, click on it to begin editing.

3. Edit Payment Fields

  • Edit Form Fields: You can add or remove fields such as name, email, phone number, etc., by clicking on the Edit Form option. However, the payment form's core functionality (credit card field) will remain the same.
  • Customize Additional Fields:
    • You can add custom fields to collect more information from users before they submit payment.
    • Drag and drop new fields like text inputs, dropdowns, or checkboxes as needed.
